1. Acceptance of Terms

By using tecmocsy.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Users must be 18+ or have legal capacity. Registration requires accurate name, email, phone, and country.

Vendors get personalized storefronts (www.tecmocsy.com/YourBrand) and must pass KYC verification.

3. Vendor Verification (KYC)

Required for all vendors:

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Business License
• MEMAT
• TIN & VAT Certificate
• Director ID

TMC Official meets and exceeds these standards.

4. Marketplace & Listings

Tecmocsy is a neutral platform. We support:

• Physical goods (electronics, fashion, etc.)
• Digital products (software, e-books, NFTs)
• Global shipping & cash-on-delivery

All listings must be accurate, legal, and non-deceptive.

5. Payments & MocsyPay

MocsyPay supports:

• Mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel, HaloPesa)
• Visa, Mastercard, global cards
• Escrow protection

Security: PCI DSS Level 1. We never store raw card data. All transactions encrypted.

6. TMC Official

TMC Official is the official brand of Tecmocsy Company Limited — a vendor and quality benchmark on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

Tecmocsy owns the platform. Users grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display their content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability: fees paid in past 90 days. We are not responsible for third-party failures.

9. Governing Law

Governed by international commercial law. Disputes resolved in neutral arbitration.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance. Major changes notified via email.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed per vendor policy and subject to the following:

• Physical Products: 14-day return window from delivery. Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Digital Products: Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless defective.
• Service Fees: Platform fees are non-refundable. Vendor payouts are final upon release from escrow.
• Process: Contact the vendor directly via order dashboard. Tecmocsy mediates disputes if needed.
• Exceptions: No refunds for buyer remorse on custom, perishable, or intimate items.

Refunds issued to original payment method within 7 business days.
